I start out taking?
It is recommended that you start out with 1 Pill, in the morning, with a meal, drink at least 3/4 to 1 Gallon of water a day.
For maximum results, you may ramp up to 2 Pills after 1-2 weeks time or once you feel your body has adjusted to the product.
